Pascal Dévaud was born in 1972. He obtained his law degree from the University of Fribourg in 1997 and graduated with an L.L.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2000, and to the New York Bar in 2002.
Between 2001 and 2013, Pascal Dévaud practiced at a well-established Swiss law firm. He joined OHER Attorneys as a partner in July 2013.
Pascal Devaud assists clients in commercial, banking and financial disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. His activity as trial attorney and his common law education enabled him to develop a particular expertise in trusts disputes.
He offers assistance in the drafting of contracts, in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (printing and food industries, medical services, energy, finance, technology, wealth management, etc.) in collaboration with international Anglo-Saxon firms or with firms based in the Nordic countries. Pascal Dévaud also serves as a company director, particularly for companies acquired in private equity transactions. Finally, Pascal Dévaud advises on structuring and implementation of project finance oil infrastructure transactions in the Arabian Peninsula.
